Apple iCloud is not working due to Windows Defender blockage

My Windows Defender is not allowing me to work on iCloud. How can I fix this problem? Someone please help.

  1. Step 1: Add Apple iTunes to Windows Defender Firewall exception. By adding Apple iTunes software to Windows Defender Firewall exception Apple software will start working normally and shall not blocked any more. Press Windows and R key to bring up Run command; Type in Run command as firewall.cpl. Click OK or press Enter.

As you said other accounts are working in the outlook client, first please check if you have enabled two-factor authentication for your iCloud account, if so when you configured the iCloud account to the outlook, please use the App-Specific Password to sign into outlook, and check if the issue disappears
