I can receive emails but I cannot reply or send from my account.

I am receiving emails on my account but whenever I try to reply to them, the message gets stuck in the draft. I am also not able to send a fresh message from my account. Why this is happening? Can someone provide me the reason and solution for this?

  1. Open the Gmail app, and tap the menu button in the upper left corner -> Settings. Tap on your account and make sure you’ve checked “Sync Gmail.” Clear your Gmail app data. Open your device’s Settings app -> Apps & Notifications -> App Info -> Gmail -> Storage -> Clear Data -> Ok.

    Log in to Web Mail.
    Click on the Configuration button in the left navigation bar.
    In the list of Options, click on the Custom Filters button.
    Review each of your filters to make sure your e-mail messages are being redirected correctly.
